Accounting Manager
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Salary: $65,000$80,000
Schedule: Full-time | In-office | MondayFriday

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations and help lead the charge in refining systems, streamlining processes, and supporting company growth. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone with deep construction accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

What Youll Be Doing:
Manage AP/AR, job costing, invoicing, and reconciliations
Post transactions in JobTread and QuickBooks Online
Lead month-end and year-end closings
Monitor project budgets and cash flow
Support audit and tax preparation with fractional controller
Improve and document accounting systems and workflows
Provide financial insights to operations and leadership
Supervise and support accounting staff
Occasionally assist with office administration tasks
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping (construction or trades preferred)
Strong understanding of construction office management
Advanced QuickBooks knowledge (Sage or similar a plus)
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills
Associate or bachelors degree in accounting, business, or related field (preferred)
Someone who is collaborative, confident, protective of company finances, and adaptable
