Office Solution Engineer (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

Lead business consulting engagements and provide technical sales support to customers
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery team to prepare documents (e.g., client proposals, tender responses)
Set up new multi-functions devices (MFDs) and install software at customers premises
Set up Electronic Partnership Broadband (EPBB) and provides technical support
Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues (onsite and remote support)
Provide user training to customers

What are we looking for?

1 years working experience in computer networking or infrastructure
Good knowledge in networking and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux and Mac OS)
Sound knowledge in Security, Networking and Operating Systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
