Communications Trainer (Hybrid Setup)

About the position

Work Setup: Hybrid in Cebu City (Onsite during training period)

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM | Fixed weekends off

Role Requirements:

  • At least a JHS/SHS graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting communications-focused training, ideally in a BPO setting.
  • Also open to Process Trainers
  • Excellent English Communication skills
  • Exposure to American culture is a plus
  • Preferably can start immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Evaluating the current communication abilities of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitating workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication strategies, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview preparation.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Providing constructive criticism and coaching to trainees during sessions to help them improve their verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as body language.
