Junior Italian Customer Support in Lisbon

About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and account issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer precise and helpful solutions.
- Log and track customer inquiries in the system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, between 7 AM and 11 PM.
