Dutch Content Moderator in Porto

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues as necessary.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and community engagement.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop best practices and improve moderation processes.
Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in community guidelines and platform policies.
Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to reports on content moderation activities.

Requirements:

Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
A commitment to maintaining a respectful and safe online environment for users.
