We're Hiring: Account Executive – DACH Market (On-site, Berlin)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Base Salary: €47,000 – €60,000/year
Bonus Potential: €20,000 – €25,000 (uncapped!)
Work Model: 100% On-site (no remote)
️ Vacation: 24 days/year
About the Role
Join a fast-growing, well-funded B2B marketplace disrupting the construction materials industry across Europe. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing deals – with a focus on the DACH region. You’ll work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success to deliver top-tier client service.
Typical deal size: ~€80K
Sales cycle: Days to weeks
Target regions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, and closing

Drive outbound efforts (including ~3 hours/day cold calling)

Build and manage strong customer relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success

Consistently exceed targets (with uncapped bonuses for top performers)
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
Experience with B2B cold calling and outbound sales

Fluent German (C2) and strong English
-
High energy, ambition, and a no-excuses mindset

Desire to grow fast in a high-impact, performance-driven environment
Nice-to-Haves:

Background in startups or construction-related industries

Previous experience in account management or inside sales
