About the position
Head of Engineering | Leading SaaS Company | Bangkok-Based (Relocation Available)
A high-growth, product-led tech company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale its development team in Bangkok. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking SaaS organization with a strong international culture, modern tech stack, and exciting product roadmap.
Location: Onsite in Bangkok (Relocation package available)
Salary: Up to THB 200,000/month (gross)
Open to: Thai nationals, expats based in Thailand, and overseas candidates willing to relocate
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on delivering high-quality software
- Oversee backend and frontend architecture and ensure scalable, secure systems
- Drive the implementation of modern DevOps practices
- Review and guide code development, ensuring best practices across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Leadership teams
- Mentor and develop a growing tech team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on backend experience in Python (or Java, JavaScript, or Golang)
- Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular)
- Experience leading engineering teams of 5+ members for at least 23 years
- Proven experience in feature delivery, system design, and architectural planning
- Strong grasp of DevOps tools and methodologies
- International work experience is required
- Stable career history (no frequent job-hopping)
- Strong motivation to relocate to Bangkok (if overseas)
