Who are we looking for?
Lead Full-Stack Developer
- Solid experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
- Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor, you know how to balance hands-on development with team responsibilities
- You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical teams
- You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes
- You take ownership and help your team deliver high-quality solutions
- Very good English skills, German or French is a plus
- You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare
not a must, but nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks
- Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems
