Admin Assistant- UAE National ( Emirati)

About the position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant- Emirati to support daily office operations. This role involves handling routine clerical tasks, managing communications, and assisting team members to ensure smooth workflow across departments.


Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails. 
  • Greet visitors and clients professionally. 
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. 
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence. 
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical). 
  • Assist with data entry. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.


Requirements: 

  • UAE National Only. 
  • Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Administration. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
