Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in PR/communications (technology agency background strongly preferred)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of developing content such as press releases, bylines, and thought leadership articles
- Comfortable managing deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Skilled in media relations and building strong client relationships
- Passionate about PR and proactive in following industry trends
Bonus Points For:
- Direct experience in blockchain/web3 or strong interest in the space
- Experience managing your workload and overseeing small teams.
Position & Responsibilities:
This is a fully remote, full-time role. The client offers flexible hours, with an expectation that team members are available during core hours between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM PST.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client & Account Management:
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through strategic execution and strong communication
- Lead announcement planning, thought leadership initiatives, and media outreach
- Align deliverables with the scope of work and client goals
- Monitor results, resolve issues proactively, and escalate as needed
- Collaborate on long-term strategy development
Team Management:
- Delegate tasks and deadlines to supporting team members
- Review and edit all client-facing materials for quality and accuracy
- Provide mentorship and professional development to junior team members
- Agency Collaboration: Participate in training, internal initiatives, and brainstorming sessions
- Contribute to cross-agency efforts such as pitching campaigns and event planning
- Support the internal culture through engagement and idea-sharing
