International Sales Executive (Export Market)

About the position

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to manage and grow our export client portfolio. This role will serve as the bridge between our internal teams and global clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order handling, and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for overseas customers, managing inquiries and coordinating the full sales cycle from quotation and sample coordination to shipment follow-up and payment tracking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments such as logistics, marketing, and product development to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Analyze global market trends and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategic action.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring all contractual terms align with company standards and business goals.
  • Attend international exhibitions and trade events to promote products and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international sales and overseas client management
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
