DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle general administrative tasks as part of the back office team
Provide professional online support for specific customer cases
Contribute to achieving business objectives through reliable and accurate support
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) and at least B2 level of English
Previous experience or strong interest in back office services
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and empathy
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Excellent computer skills to ensure fast and high-quality task execution
Willingness to continuously learn and develop through research
EU citizenship or a valid Latvian residence permit is required.
