Administrative Officer (Central, 5days work, ID: SM-QY4W9RR5)

About the position

Salary: 2000- 2500

Working days: 5 days

Location: Central

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to email and phone call inquiries professionally

  • Prepare quotations and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and promptly

  • Handle payments, issue cheques, and perform online transfers using EZ Accounting Software

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing

  • Preparing and generating monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
  • Manage MOM-related tasks and documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for finance and HR

  • Support general office administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

  • Education: SPM / GCE N/O Level and above

  • Ability to adapt to new software (training will be provided)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Additional Information:

  • Training provided for payroll software

  • Supportive work environment with opportunities to grow

  • Interviews can be scheduled on Saturdays
