General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products.
- Piping systems overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, COMPANY specifications and engineering best practices.
- Effectiveness, efficiency and safety of piping systems activities execution
- Quality and technical integrity of piping systems.
- Piping systems design documents reviewing and approving
- Providing technical evaluation of piping systems
- Providing piping systems execution technical follow-up.
- Performing power stations, compressor island stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic piping concept design and/or detailed engineering design
- Preparing ITT documentation and bid technical review
- Reviewing contractors piping layouts design
- Supporting piping commissioning and production start-up.
- Attending and accepting integrity tests.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Work experience of 10+ years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
