Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineering activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the work of engineering teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Mentor and train junior engineering staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery processes
- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee engineering activities and provide support to project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the MENA and Europe regions
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring and training junior staff
