๐ Role Overview
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, building, and managing strategic partnerships with high-volume resellers. Your focus will be to expand product supply, grow the reseller network, and drive revenue through impactful relationship management and market strategy.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐งฉ Reseller Partnerships โ Identify and manage high-volume resellers, ensuring consistent access to authentic inventory
๐ฆ Inventory Strategy โ Maintain a healthy supply of rare/luxury items and align sourcing with platform demand
๐ Market Expansion โ Unlock new customer segments and regional opportunities
๐ Revenue Growth โ Expand reseller participation and open new sales channels
๐ค Cross-Functional Collaboration โ Coordinate with internal departments to streamline efforts and execution
๐ Negotiation & Contracts โ Lead partnership deals and long-term agreements
๐ฅ Team Leadership โ Mentor a growing BD team and guide performance strategy
๐ Data-Driven Strategy โ Use performance metrics and market insights to guide decisions and improve results
๐ฏ What Weโre Looking For
โ๏ธ Strong BD/Partnership experience in fashion, luxury, e-commerce, or resale
โ๏ธ A proven network of trusted resellers with consistent access to high-demand items
โ๏ธ Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
โ๏ธ Knowledge of reseller operations and logistics
โ๏ธ Proven ability to expand in new markets and hit revenue targets
โ๏ธ People management experience
โ๏ธ Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture is a big plus
