โœ”๏ธ Experience in team management and driving performance outcomes
โœ”๏ธ Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make strategy-driven decisions
โœ”๏ธ Passion for sneaker culture, fashion, and resale industry
โœ”๏ธ Background with brands like TikTok, The RealReal, JD.COM, Alibaba, Vestiaire Collective, Chrono24, WatchBox, Flightclub, etc. is a major plus
