About the position
Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is seeking French speakers on behalf of a well-known international contact center in Athens, Greece, for those who want to grow professionally in a customer or technical support role.
You’ll provide guidance, answer questions, and occasionally introduce helpful services to improve customer experience across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective support.
📍 Location: Athens or anywhere in Greece
🗓 Start dates: Training groups available in July, August, September
📄 Full-time (40 hours/week)
🔍 Your responsibilities
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers in resolving issues or using products
• Recommend helpful upgrades or additional solutions when relevant
• Record all actions accurately
• Collaborate with your team toward shared goals
🛫 Relocation support for smooth integration
• Paid flight and hotel stay
• Airport transfer
• Full support with Greek paperwork (AFM, AMKA, etc.)
• Paid training to get you ready
🎯 What you need
• Native, near-native French and fluent English
• Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking
• EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
• Flexibility with working hours
