About the position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a Ukrainian speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join their team in Riga.

Location: Riga, Latvia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle general administrative tasks as part of the back office team
- Provide professional online support for specific customer cases
- Contribute to achieving business objectives through reliable and accurate support
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) and at least B2 level of English
- Previous experience or strong interest in back office services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and empathy
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Excellent computer skills to ensure fast and high-quality task execution
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop through research
- EU citizenship or a valid Latvian residence permit is required.
