About the position
This is an excellent opportunity for a Swedish-speaking individual with 12+ months experience of working in support within igaming (casino) and KYC, someone who likes to have various tasks and to learn more. This vacancy is with a relative startup in its fourth operational year so everyone chips in and helps out with various tasks at times.
The role pays €25-29K depending on experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries in Swedish and English, mainly via email and chat
- Offer accurate information and support regarding for example game functionalities, promotions and technical issues
- Assess and assist with a friendly and efficient manner
- Document checks for KYC
- Cooperate closely with AML and RG departments
- Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in writing in Swedish
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 12+ months' experience of working within support in igaming
- Experience of working with the SGA
- Experience and understanding of basic KYC procedures
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset
- Responsible and reliable
- Team-worker!
About this role
- Salary from €25-29K per annum depending on your experience
- Rotating shifts all days of the week but no night shifts!
- Office-based in St Julian's, Malta
- Company events, fun ones!
Igaming experience as listed above + native level Swedish are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
