Parental Leave Position - Team Leader

About the position

About Us

At Occupational Therapy Helping Children (OTHC), we’re passionate about supporting children and families to thrive in ways that honour their individuality. Our vision is to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences and disabilities—through every interaction. While we offer high-quality therapy, our work goes far beyond the clinic. We’re also educators and advocates, running programs that empower OTs, teachers, and community members. Our services include telehealth, professional development, and a resource hub designed to bring therapeutic tools into everyday life.

We’re a team of passionate and experienced occupational therapists who support children and young people—from infancy through to early adulthood—to build skills, confidence, and independence in their everyday lives. Based on Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, we’ve been walking alongside families for over 30 years, offering compassionate, personalised support that evolves with each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a wonderful team of dynamic, experienced, and supportive therapists and be critical to the delivery of operational activities at OTHC.
