F&B Manager

Join a 5-star hotel as an experienced F&B Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience for our discerning guests.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
Proven experience in managing large F&B operations in a high-turnover environment.
Graduate of a Tourism Management or Hospitality Business Administration program, from Greece or abroad.
Proficient in the use of PC, MS Office, and Micros systems.
Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Expertise in à la carte dining, oenology, and bar operations.
Excellent organizational skills for managing F&B operations in a hotel setting.
Proficient in cost management, including procurement, ordering, pricing, and inventory.
Involvement in menu creation and control, ensuring high culinary standards.
Responsible for the planning, supervision, guidance, and training of staff.
Efficient handling of customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
Development of work schedules and effective management of staff hours.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong team spirit, leadership capabilities, and the ability to motivate staff.
Adaptability and efficiency under pressure.
