Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
• Prospect trade parts customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a telephone sales role, automotive parts sales preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good working knowledge of computers and sales CRM systems
• Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
• Legal right to work in the UK
