The company is headquartered in Tallinn and continues to scale its licensed operations across Europe and beyond.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join the Supervisory Board of the Estonian entity. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in fintech, payments, or crypto, combined with strategic insight and solid governance experience. This is a non-operational position focused on oversight, risk management, and strategic approvals. The candidate must reside in Estonia or have a substantial professional connection to the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve company strategy, budgets, and financial forecasts based on proposals from the Management Board
• Participate in the selection, appointment, and removal of Management Board members
• Approve structural changes to the company, including legal documentation, Articles of Association, and internal policies
• Provide independent oversight on financial risk, compliance, and governance matters
• Evaluate and approve decisions regarding significant investments, acquisitions, or divestments
• Oversee high-level decisions related to company financing, lending, or debt obligations beyond daily operations
• Advise on the company’s remuneration and organizational structure proposals
• Approve the creation or closure of subsidiaries, branches, or strategic partnerships
• Ensure overall alignment of board activities with regulatory obligations and business ethics
• Serve as an independent voice in board meetings, providing objective perspective and strategic guidance

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia or have a strong professional affiliation with Estonia
• Higher education in business, law, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in senior leadership roles within the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
• Professional expertise in one or more of the following: business strategy, legal/risk/compliance, or finance
• Transparent business reputation with no criminal record or disqualifying history
• Ability to evaluate complex decisions independently and constructively challenge executive management
