- Help Polish-speaking customers with product use, order questions, or account support
- Communicate clearly via phone, email, or chat – always with a customer-first attitude
- Stay up to date on processes and brand standards
- Keep accurate records and contribute to smooth team operations

- Native/near-native Polish and fluent English
- A natural sense of empathy and strong communication

- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
