A fast-growing global provider of engineering and IT services is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to expand growth in the U.S. Utilities market, especially across Broadband, CATV, Telecom, Power, Water, and Gas.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role—ideal for a sales professional with strong industry connections and a sharp focus on results.

Our client is a globally recognized engineering and IT solutions provider with deep expertise in Broadband and Utility Network Design. They deliver scalable services to major U.S. utility companies and are rapidly expanding their presence nationwide.
What You’ll Drive
âś… Execute targeted sales strategies in the Utilities space
âś… Identify and win new business across Broadband, Telecom, and Energy domains
âś… Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers
âś… Deliver impactful presentations tailored to U.S. utility needs
âś… Manage a strong sales pipeline and hit revenue targets
âś… Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
âś… Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves
âś… Travel occasionally for client meetings and events
What You Bring
✅ 7–18 years of sales/business development experience
âś… Minimum 6 years in the U.S. Utilities sector (Broadband, CATV, Telecom, etc.)
âś… Proven success selling engineering or IT services
âś… Strong client network and industry relationships
âś… Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
âś… Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
âś… GIS/software knowledge is a plus
âś… U.S. work authorization (Green Card, Citizenship, or valid visa)
