Pilates Instructor – Luxury Female-Only Studio, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: Starting salary of $3,500 USD per month (tax-free) + commission and full expat package (they will extend the salary for candidates with extensive relevant experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to lead both group and private sessions in a supportive, modern facility. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading 4 hours of group Reformer Pilates classes per day

Delivering 2 hours of personal training sessions tailored to individual needs

Allocating 2 hours daily for preparation, rest, and admin

Providing a high-touch, client-focused service in a female-only setting

Helping foster a positive, professional, and community-driven atmosphere

About You

Certified in Comprehensive Pilates with experience teaching both groups and individuals

Fluent in English with a warm, clear, and professional communication style

Additional qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Mat Pilates or Lagree are an advantage

UK-based candidates must hold a university degree (for visa purposes)

Positive, service-oriented, and passionate about working in a female-led environment

What’s Included

Salary: $3,500 USD per month (tax-free), with room for increases based on experience

Commission: 20% on personal training sessions, with double commission for overtime

Accommodation: Fully furnished 1-bedroom studio apartment provided

Transport: Monthly transportation allowance included

Medical: Full medical insurance provided

Flights & Visa: Annual return flight and all visa, medical, and residency costs covered

Bonus: End-of-service gratuity

Working Schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off, 8-hour shifts

Onboarding Timeline: Estimated start within 2–3 months
