Maintenance Engineer for Spare Parts (Oil & gas)

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for Maintenance Engineers for Spare Parts to involve in a job in Abu Dhabi related to Oil & Gas Industry.

Resources must be maintenance engineers with particular experience in one of the following disciplines:

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduate
At lease 8 years of experience as Engineer in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries.
At least 4 Years of experience in Spare Parts Management in the Oil & Gas Industry

Main responsibilities:

Uploads received SPIR list in AIN and obtains approval from cataloguing team and end users
Review Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) and recommend spare parts for all new projects.
Review all Master Data Governance (MDG) request (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAP to ensure optimum inventory and quality.
Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse and minimize financial exposure.
Review vendor drawings and manuals and ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL
Interface between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.
Liaise effectively with relevant stake holders as required.
Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities supporting the division objectives.
Review obsolescence of spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.
Assist management in complex analysis and task reviews.
Recommend Mandatory and Operation Spares for maintainable facilities based on lates frequencies assigned
