Responsibility
- Support sales team with customer documentation.
- Coordinating, guiding, monitoring and motivating the sales team performance.
- Assist in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Analysis- Prepare and analyze Sales Reports for a growing agile sales team.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, sales reports, quotations and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Schedule, support and attend sales meetings.
- General office duties.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word (V-look Up) is MUST have.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow-through.Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
