About the position
Work Conditions:
- Monday to Thursday (Onsite)
- Friday & Sunday (Work from home – 4 hours only)
- Saturday: Off
Location: West Square – 6th of October (El Sheikh Zayed)
Role Description: Accountant – Pricing Specialist
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and input retail pricing following company guidelines.
- Review and correct electronic purchase invoices to ensure margin accuracy.
- Analyze actual vs. expected margins and investigate discrepancies.
- Conduct pricing reviews at the store level.
- Input and proofread data (printed, coded, or statistical).
- Prepare evaluation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist in R&D of new pricing systems.
- Manage back-office systems, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Regularly review invoices to ensure consistency with the price book.
- Timely setup of monthly promotions.
- Update the pricing sheet and price book monthly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in pricing analysis
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various teams
- Finance knowledge and understanding of market trends
- Customer service and sales experience to support pricing decisions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
