About the position
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Valencia, Spain
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media

Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, such as active listening and empathy, to tailor each customer interaction

Provide clear guidance to customers, helping them find the best solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience

Recognize customer concerns and relay relevant feedback internally to support process enhancements or development

Collaborate effectively with team members while also being capable of working independently
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an excellent overall service experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1 level), both spoken and written

Proficient in English, with a minimum of B2 level competency

Prior experience in hospitality or other customer-facing environments is preferred

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to stay organized and efficient in a dynamic work setting
- Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
