About the position
Market leading CSP offering bespoke client solutions urgently needs a Junior Executive to join their successful team. As a Junior Executive you will play a key role in supporting the teams’ operations by looking after a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.
Salary up to €28K depending on the experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing a small portfolio of clients
- Learn how to address their needs in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory procedures
- Prepare corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance
- Maintain an organised and structured client filing system
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal departments
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit and the VAT Department
Skills and Experience
- Around one years of experience in a corporate or administrative role
- High school diploma or university degree (minimum at MQF level 5)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Shows enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new tasks
About this Role
- Up to €28K depending on experience
- Hybrid with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August – On Fridays we leave at 2pm!)
