About the position
Doha I Fresh Graduates Fashion I Salary: 1,500 to 2,000 QAR
Are you passionate about fashion and eager to build a career in the industry? We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive assistant to the CEO who can join our fashion studio in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate in Fashion. You’ll be supporting both the business and creative sides of the brand — from managing studio operations and customer orders to attending meetings, exploring new opportunities in the local fashion scene.
What You'll Do:
- Be the CEO’s go-to person for scheduling, emails, meetings, and day-to-day coordination
- Join meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action points
- Help manage studio operations to make sure production runs smoothly
- Handle customer messages, take orders, and process payments
- Maintain and update the Shopify store (we’ll train you if needed!)
- Look out for opportunities like local pop-ups, fashion events, and collaborations
- Assist with errands, sourcing materials, and anything else needed to keep the studio running
- Step into leadership support roles in the CEO’s absence when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduate or entry-level talent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident with basic tech (Google Sheets, Shopify – training provided)
- Friendly and professional in dealing with clients
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative
- Passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow
