๐ฏ Who are we looking for?
- We're on the hunt for a superstar recruiter ๐ who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ๐ง
- Knows how to source top talent like a pro ๐ต๏ธ
- Is confident using LinkedIn and social media ๐ฑ
- Loves working independently but also thrives in a team ๐ช
- Is fluent in English (bonus points for a second language!) ๐
- Has experience with ATS tools like Teamtailor ๐ป
- Can commit at least 20 hours per week โฐ
๐ผ What youโll be doing:
- ๐ค Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- ๐ฃ Post jobs and search for candidates across platforms
- ๐ฏ Screen applicants and conduct interviews
- ๐ Arrange interviews and handle logistics
- ๐ Keep track of recruitment progress and update dashboards
- โ๏ธ Help shape our recruitment and employer branding strategy
- ๐ Support internal talent development as part of our talent process
