- We're on the hunt for a superstar recruiter π who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment π§
- Knows how to source top talent like a pro π΅οΈ
- Is confident using LinkedIn and social media π±
- Loves working independently but also thrives in a team πͺ
- Is fluent in English (bonus points for a second language!) π
- Has experience with ATS tools like Teamtailor π»
- Can commit at least 20 hours per week β°
πΌ What youβll be doing:
- π€ Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- π£ Post jobs and search for candidates across platforms
- π― Screen applicants and conduct interviews
- π Arrange interviews and handle logistics
- π Keep track of recruitment progress and update dashboards
- βοΈ Help shape our recruitment and employer branding strategy
- π Support internal talent development as part of our talent process
