About the position

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit a Telesales Specialist Specialist to join their team. 

Position:  Telesales Specialist

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Employment type: perm contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Deliver excellent customer service while responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and by sharing relevant information gained during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (B2-C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and/or customer support, with a proven ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to train or assist colleagues to improve team skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive rapport with customers.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in a telesales or similar customer-facing role is required.
