π What Weβre Looking For:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (required)
- Confident communicator with a people-first approach
- Driven, proactive, and business-minded
- Ability to deliver engaging 1-2-1 sessions and high-energy group classes
- A team player who contributes to a positive gym environment
π Role Overview:
- Teach 5 fixed classes per week (included in your rent)
- Opportunity to lead additional paid group classes
- Deliver 1-2-1 inductions and support members on the gym floor
- Take 2 weekly cleaning shifts alongside other PTs
- Market yourself in-club and online with our support
- Use club-generated leads and inquiries to grow your business
- Build your client list and manage your own PT schedule
