Job Opening: Service Engineer (Switchgear/RMU)

Industry - Manufacturing

Department : Quality Dept.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔌 Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of switchgear & MV products.

🛠️ Perform repairs, maintenance, and modifications in line with ABB standards.

📋 Ensure customer satisfaction, prepare reports, maintain tools, and deliver on-site training.

🛠️Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service

🛠️Prepare the tools and equipment that are related to the jobs on the to-do list

🛠️Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition

⚠️ Promote HSE practices, train team members, and ensure safe equipment use.

📑 Handle accurate documentation for compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

🔧 5+ years’ experience in switchgear, MV, Panels, Protection Relays, IEC 61850, SCADA

💡 Strong in problem-solving, communication, planning, and customer service
