Your Tasks

- 🗣️ Listen carefully to understand customer needs and offer the best solutions.
- 🤝 Build trust and create long-lasting customer relationships.
- 💼 Spot opportunities during calls to offer helpful financial options.
- 📋 Manage customer files accurately, following all procedures and safety rules.
- 🛡️ Work with integrity and keep customer information secure.
