Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues and complaints
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries
- Manage and update customer accounts and records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
