What You’ll Do

1. Learn & then run our social media channels

Help manage our LinkedIn and YouTube pages, post engaging content, track what’s performing, and test out fun ideas on TikTok.

2. Write Captions & Copy

Craft posts that make people stop scrolling — you’ll write sharp, clear, and fun content that explains tech in a human way.

3. Create videos

Help script, shoot, and edit short videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels — product demos, event highlights, behind-the-scenes, and more.

4. Learn by doing

You’ll learn how to build a B2B tech brand from the inside, work with experienced marketers, and get real feedback and ownership.

Who You Are

• You’re curious and creative. You like to tell stories and think of ways to craft them, be it videos, visuals, or posts.
• You enjoy social media, follow trends, and have an eye for things that go viral.
• You want to learn about marketing in tech, SaaS, or startups.
• You’re not afraid to try new ideas and learn from feedback.
• You are fluent in English and feel comfortable writing and speaking (on or off camera).
• You’re based in Finland and able to work from our Espoo office a few days a week.

Bonus points if you know basic video editing or design tools — but don’t worry, we’ll teach you!

Additional Information:

• The application period is until 3.8.2025, and we start reviewing applications in August and holding meetings. Please note that we are on summer holiday until the beginning of August. 
• The start will be in autumn 2025, and we offer a paid six-month traineeship.
• The role requires professional written and spoken English. You should also already live in Finland's capital area, as you need to visit the Espoo office weekly.
• Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. Some will be held online, and one live meeting at the Espoo office. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, a Marketing Team Member, and the CMO.
