Sales Manager - Qlub

About the position

Qlub, a leading provider of innovative solutions, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head of Sales.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
