About the position
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, driving sales, and maintaining high-quality standards in both service and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
- Innovate and introduce new coffee trends, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the coffee.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in staff training, scheduling, and team development.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
