Job Title: Quality Operation Specialist (Contractor)

Job Location: Hague, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be able to quickly interpret data requirements according to EU and Netherlands CSRD legislation requirements, communicate with consultants and HQ experts, and complete data collection and collation of multiple subsidiaries in the report scope according to data disclosure requirements.
  • Cooperate with CSRD writing consultants to establish the CSRD writing process to ensure the quality of CSRD writing and the output time meets audit requirements.
  • Communicate with the CSRD auditor to effectively complete project preview and audit.
  • Develop the E2E solution for CSRD report output, preview, and audit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EU laws, particularly in sustainability regulations.
  • Basic project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in design and comfortable using design tools.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and maintain a well-structured management approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships within the team.
  •  Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin would be a plus.
