About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing company in the digital social casino and crypto entertainment space. They're launching a brand-new platform targeting the global B2C market and are looking for a visionary creative leader to drive all things brand and content.

Role Overview

As Creative Lead (Art & Copy), you’ll be responsible for building a brand identity from the ground up—defining tone of voice, visual language, and content systems that scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead creative direction, manage internal and external teams, and ensure high-volume output across channels, all while keeping brand integrity and user experience top of mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop a full brand identity (tone, visuals, values)

  • Build a scalable content system across 3 tiers: always-on, campaign-based, and reactive content

  • Craft storytelling that stands out in competitive B2C markets

  • Partner with Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams (SMM, product, performance)

  • Hire and manage creative resources: designers, writers, agencies

  • Own and approve all final creative output

  • Build end-to-end processes for creative: brief → concept → production → review → publish

  • Balance speed and quality for high-volume campaigns

  • Define what stays in-house vs. what gets outsourced

  • Align creative output with product UX, media strategy, and user journey

  • Ensure consistent messaging across paid, organic, and in-app experiences

  • Support performance goals with creativity that converts

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in creative/art/copy roles, ideally in B2C industries like gaming, crypto, gambling, or dating

  • Exceptional copywriting and conceptual thinking in English (Russian is a strong plus)

  • Proven experience launching brands from scratch or leading major rebrands

  • Track record of managing creative teams and delivering high-performance content

  • Portfolio showcasing brand-building, storytelling, and strategic campaigns
