About the position

We are seeking a Product Solution Engineer (IoT & Saas) to join our dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative team. Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of projects that require custom solutions, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and gather comprehensive details from stakeholders, data sources, and suppliers to assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with suppliers to design and source custom products that fulfill customer requirements.
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure solutions are reliable, compliant with standards, and meet customer expectations.
- Lead all IoT-related initiatives and projects.
- Provide technical and product support to customers after project completion to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and delivering custom solutions.
- Strong expertise in IoT, vehicle electronics, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven record of delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and manage complex technical challenges.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
