๐ฎ๐น Right now, weโre growing our Customer Support team and looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent based in our Stockholm HQ. ๐
About the Role:
As a member of our Customer Support team, youโll be the voice of Teamtailor, helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We're proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score. ๐คฉ
Your mission? Deliver exceptional support, solve real problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.
What Youโll Be Doing:
๐ฌ Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), and email
๐งฉ Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases
๐ข Gather and share customer feedback with our product team
๐ Identify, verify, and report bugs, and keep customers in the loop
๐ Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)
๐ค Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful
What Weโre Looking For:
๐ฌ You're fluent in Italianย and English, written and spoken
๐ก You bring solid experience in customer support (bonus if itโs in SaaS)
๐ You think analytically and enjoy learning new things
๐ง Youโre a natural problem-solver who feels at home with tech
๐ You take pride in delivering excellent service and making things easier for others
