🧩 Internship Context
You will join our Product & Solutions teams and support the coordination of cross-functional, strategic initiatives. We work in Agile, leveraging Scrum for development and SAFe to align our teams and drive transversal roadmap delivery.
💼 Your Missions
Support the coordination of cross-product initiatives, including organizing PI Planning and key Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with Product and Solution teams to promote best practices and ensure consistent use of internal tools
Contribute to process optimization by automating and improving management tools
Act as a liaison between teams to foster clear communication, transparency, and alignment
Monitor progress, identify risks, and help ensure timely, on-scope delivery of key initiatives
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, or Project Management
Strong interest in digital services and agile methodologies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
