Senior Product Manager - Fintech

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our partner, a leading B2B luxury marketplace.

Your Mission🚀

You will we part of the Fintech Product team focused on the lending vertical, which enables customers to purchase on credit. The team is responsible for the entire financial stack powering this credit facility, including but not limited to payments, KYC & onboarding, risk assessment, and fraud monitoring.

The Role:

Customer Research:

• Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create a top-tier credit experience.
• Collaborate with the customer experience team to design seamless and frictionless user journeys.

Data:

• Track key metrics and lead initiatives to improve performance.
• Enhance tracking efficiency by instrumenting data and variables.

Product Development:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data teams to develop solutions that solve customer pain points and drive revenue.
• Create detailed product documentation for business and engineering teams.
• Work with international rating agencies and third-party partners to drive platform integrations and fine-tune the credit offering.

Product Strategy:

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the credit stack in alignment with company goals.
• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to meet project goals efficiently.

What we need:

• You are a problem solver: You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of product management experience, with a strong background in credit and lending. Experience leading third-party integrations is essential.
• Financial understanding: A good grasp of financial metrics and reporting is preferable.
• Data-driven decision-maker: Experience with data querying languages like SQL (other languages are a plus).
• Stakeholder management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders, with clear and effective communication abilities to earn trust and navigate complex project workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
