Your Mission as a Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager, your primary mission is to drive business growth by nurturing and expanding strategic client relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and delivering customized telecom and internet service solutions that meet their objectives while contributing to the company’s market expansion goals.


You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Sales Account Manager

    • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to boost revenue and meet growth targets.
    • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
    • Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable service solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Create persuasive sales proposals and participate in bidding processes.
    • Generate detailed reports on account status, opportunities, and risks.
    • Ensure timely client payments and adherence to contractual obligations.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client portfolio.
    • Mentor and support the sales team when necessary.
    • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Sales Account Manager

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in key account management within the telecom or IT sectors.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent in negotiation and influencing decision-makers.
    • Experienced in sales analytics and reporting.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: 9 to 5, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Location: Tripoli - Libya.
  • Salary:  Competitive, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
